Allison Roseberry
Director of Corporate Services

In addition to her Human Resource Management role, Mrs. Roseberry oversees Vanguard’s office administration team. Since joining Vanguard in 2000, Mrs. Roseberry has consistently built upon her extensive knowledge of office administration, property management, marketing and leasing. Mrs. Roseberry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland with a major in Human Resource Management and a minor in Management Studies.
Jonathan E. Santamaria
Director, Information Technology

Mr. Santamaria has held various key positions with select Fortune 500 companies whose focus is the operation and finance divisions of real estate, to include development and sales in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. He has worked in finance, accounting and operations for over 22 years and has several years of experience in staffing and human resources. His expertise lies in matching functional business requirements to service-oriented organizations such as banking, real estate, and travel & leisure. Mr. Santamaria has staffed and managed various consultants, analysts, IT personnel, and end-users in the areas of accounting, customer service, human resources, sales, and marketing. Mr. Santamaria is CMA and CCM certified. In addition, he is a certified network administrator for Microsoft and Novell Network systems and as a trainer for Microsoft and Lotus Office products. He was educated at San Beda College, Manila, Philippines, and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce. He is accredited and is an active member of IREM, AOBA, and AFP.

Gregory Klein
Managing Director, Commercial Leasing & Brokerage

In addition, Mr. Klein provides real estate advisory services to developers, owners/investors, landlords and tenants, and is experienced in land acquisition and land assemblage.  Mr. Klein has been involved in transacting commercial real estate deals since 1986, and joined Vanguard Realty Group in 2003.

His previous roles include Vice President for the Grubb & Ellis Company, where he successfully marketed office, medical, industrial, and Research & Development properties for major developers, and provided tenant representation services to both local and national companies. Mr. Klein is a native of Montgomery County, Maryland and was educated at the University of Maryland, College Park.
Luis J. Guevara, Jr.
Director, Business Development & Integration

Prior to joining Vanguard, Mr. Guevara held the position of Vice President, Property Management for The Bernstein Companies, a privately-owned third generation real estate firm in Washington, DC. During Mr. Guevara’s nine years with Bernstein, he was responsible for overseeing a team of management and engineering professionals, and a portfolio of approximately 2.5 million square feet of institutional grade assets.

Prior to Bernstein, Mr. Guevara was a member of the Property Management Division of Lowe Enterprises mid–Atlantic, a national real estate company. Mr. Guevara is a Real Estate broker licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate services field. He is an active participant in multiple volunteer organizations, to include serving on the Volunteer Staff of the Armed Forces Foundation, supporting several of their key annual programs.
Seymour Zuckerman
Co-Chairman

Mr. Zuckerman’s career, which began over 45 years ago in New York, includes such experiences as an officer and director for two public companies developing major shopping centers in Canada, and was President of Polinger Company, Zuckerman Kronstadt, and President of the Northeast Region for Pinnacle Realty Management Company. In addition, he has been appointed by the Court as Receiver for a number of properties in the National Capital area. Mr. Zuckerman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Maryland as well as an L.L.B. from the University of Maryland Law School, and a Property Management license in the District of Columbia.

Mr. Zuckerman has served on the Board of Directors for AOBA, and remains active as a Board member for several nonprofit organizations, to include The Hebrew Academy, The National Hebrew Hospital of Denver, the Potomac Place Condominium Association, and World ORT.
