Luis J. Guevara, Jr., Director, Commercial and Residential Property Management
As Director of Commercial and Residential Property Management, Mr. Guevara is responsible for the firm's Property Management, Engineering, and Energy Consulting services for Vanguard’s continually expanding portfolio of commercial space in the mid-Atlantic region which includes office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, multifamily, medical, flex, warehouse and industrial, land, and special purpose buildings.

Jonathan E. Santamaria, Director of Accounting & Corporate Finance

As Director of Accounting and Information Technology, Mr. Santamaria is responsible for supervising all client and corporate accounting and banking functions as well as all information technology for the Company’s various services.

Seymour Zuckerman, Co-Chairman

As a Founder and Co-Chairman, Mr. Zuckerman’s primary focus remains on client development for Vanguard Realty Group, in addition to serving in an advisory role to the Company and its clients. Mr. Zuckerman has enjoyed 35 years of serving the commercial real estate needs of the Metropolitan Washington DC area.
