Potomac, Maryland...December 7, 2010....Vanguard Realty Group today announced a signed lease for Sport&Health Clubs; a 42,000 square foot facility to be constructed at “Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center”, located on I-95 in Woodbridge, Virginia.

The Stonebridge deal marks the 26th location for Sport & Health, the largest health and fitness operator in the Washington DC area.  Greg Klein of Vanguard Realty Group, Sport & Health’s exclusive real estate representative, notes that “Sport & Health is delivering a very high-quality product as part of their continued expansion in this market, and Stonebridge provides an ideal environment for that level of quality".  Sport & Health opened its newest club at Brambleton Town Center in Brambleton, VA in June 2010 and is currently finalizing leases for several other locations, all in the Greater Washington DC area.  Sport & Health President and COO Mark Fisher adds, "This beautiful new facility will have the best in fitness equipment, amenities and services for the communities of Woodbridge and Dale City and further demonstrates our commitment to being the areas leading fitness provider".
