Prior to joining Vanguard in 2007, Mr. Goodspeed’s experience included supervision of the opening of several major office buildings in Washington, DC to include the US Postal Service, US Senate, US Bureau of Labor Statistics, US Marshals Service, the DEA, and other agencies. Additionally, Mr. Goodspeed was Vice President of Facilities for the Washington Redskins, supervising a staff of more than 40 employees at FedEx Field.
