Scott D. Goodspeed, Director and Senior Technical Engineer
As Director and Senior Technical Engineer, Mr. Goodspeed oversees the daily operations and capital projects for VES, or Vanguard Energy Services, and for Vanguard Engineering Services. Mr. Goodspeed has over 25 years of experience working with owners, developers, and managers providing expert design and consultative services and oversight of commissioning services with respect to base building and tenant construction, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building automation systems.

Sheila Collins, Property Services Manager
Sheila joined Vanguard Realty Group in 2002 and began working within Vanguard Engineering Services in 2003, where she was responsible for a number of management and support functions. Sheila currently oversees special projects and provides technical support to Vanguard’s Property Management and Engineering Departments.

Brandon joined the Vanguard Engineering and Energy Services team in early 2009. Prior to joining Vanguard, Brandon was employed with the Washington Redskins as Manager, Administration. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations for Vanguard Engineering Services, to include the business units of building operations/field engineers, capital projects, and Energy & Technology. He is also a key member of the business development team for Vanguard’s engineering and energy divisions. Brandon has a Masters degree in Financial Management and Accounting from the University of Maryland, University College.
