Luis J. Guevara, Jr.

Prior to joining Vanguard, Mr. Guevara held the position of Vice President, Property Management for The Bernstein Companies, a privately-owned third generation real estate firm in Washington, DC. During Mr. Guevara’s nine years with Bernstein, he was responsible for overseeing a team of management and engineering professionals, and a portfolio of approximately 2.5 million square feet of institutional grade assets.
Prior to Bernstein, Mr. Guevara was a member of the Property Management Division of Lowe Enterprises mid–Atlantic, a national real estate company. Mr. Guevara is a Real Estate broker licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate services field. He is an active participant in multiple volunteer organizations, to include serving on the Volunteer Staff of the Armed Forces Foundation (www.armedforcesfoundation.org), supporting several of their key annual programs. |
