Luis J. Guevara, Jr., Director, Commercial and Residential Property Management

As Director of Commercial and Residential Property Management, Mr. Guevara is responsible for the Property Management, Engineering, and Energy Consulting services for Vanguard’s continually expanding portfolio of commercial space in the mid-Atlantic region which includes office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, multifamily, medical, flex, warehouse and industrial, land, and special purpose buildings.

Kimberly Clark, Property Manager
Kim has been a member of the Vanguard team since 2005 and has over 15 years in Property Management with a concentration in commercial strip shopping centers. Kim currently manages a portfolio of neighborhood shopping centers.

Sheila Collins, Property Services Manager
Since 2002, Sheila has provided a full complement of support services to Vanguard’s property management and building engineering divisions.  Sheila currently oversees special projects and provides technical support to Vanguard’s Property Management and Engineering Departments.

Kenneth Dodson, Property Manager
Ken has been a member of the Vanguard team since early 2009 and has over 8 years of commercial property management experience, which includes office, medical, and industrial centers. Additionally, Ken brings over 20 years experience in the building engineering field, operating a variety of building systems affording our clients a comprehensive understanding of property operations.  Ken currently manages a portfolio of medical and office buildings and retail centers.

Christopher Rowe, Senior Property Manager
Chris has been a member of the Vanguard team since 2004.  Since that time, Chris has built a strong reputation for managing diverse portfolios in the Greater Washington Metropolitan area including office, medical, industrial, retail properties, and commercial condominiums throughout the region.
