Stuart Tipograph has been a member of Vanguard Realty Group’s Commercial Leasing team since 2005. As a Leasing Associate, Stuart is responsible for executing both Landlord and Tenant representation assignments, as well as providing direct solicitation of new business on behalf of the company. Stuart brings a marketing, research and analysis expertise to his work with other members of the Vanguard leasing team, in all aspects of the deal process.
Stuart’s tenant representation includes such national tenants as Panera, Quiznos, Jones Apparel, National Jean Company, Athletes Foot, Pompanoosuc Mills Furniture, Jimmy Johns, Liberty Tax, Classic Party Rentals, and local tenants including Yogiberry, Original Pancake House, Whole Pet Central, Black Squirrel Restaurant, Williams American Bistro, Sabroso, Shoe Stars, and Kids Closet.
Stuart has successfully represented a variety of Washington DC metropolitan area landlords including Zuckerman Gravely, Willco Companies, Kodiak Properties, and Pounds Properties. Stuart is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), as well as the District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA).
