Peter C. Hill-Byrne, Director of Commercial Leasing

As Director of the Commercial Leasing Department for Vanguard Realty Group, Mr. Hill-Byrne provides real estate advisory services with an emphasis on negotiating leases on behalf of major developers, owners/investors and tenants.

Len Harris, Vice President, Retail Leasing and Project Development

Len Harris specializes in urban retail, representing both landlords and tenants in the Washington, DC area. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate in 1994, Len owned and operated a chain of women’s apparel stores with five sites in the Washington, D.C. Central Business District.  As an urban retailer for nearly 30 years, Len understands all aspects of a retail store’s daily and long-term operations.  This understanding of issues such as new site selection, traffic generation, occupancy costs and expenses, and business development provides Len with the ability to relate first-hand to the concerns of retailers of all types and sizes.

Stuart Tipograph, Senior Leasing Associate

Stuart Tipograph has been a member of Vanguard Realty Group’s Commercial Leasing team since 2005. As a Leasing Associate, Stuart is responsible for executing both Landlord and Tenant representation assignments, as well as providing direct solicitation of new business on behalf of the company. Stuart brings a marketing, research and analysis expertise to his work with other members of the Vanguard leasing team, in all aspects of the deal process.

Genevieve Woche, Senior Leasing Associate

Licensed in 1988, Genevieve Woche began her career in commercial real estate specializing in tenant representation for industrial and office uses.  Genevieve joined Vanguard Realty Group in June, 2007 as a Senior Leasing Agent bringing with her many years of diverse experience in Commercial Real Estate. Genevieve has successfully represented Landlords and Tenants in both leasing and sales transactions, in a multi-disciplined commercial real estate environment, to include Industrial, Flex, Office, and Retail.

C. Richard Struse, Vice President, Investment Sales

Rick Struse is Senior Vice President of Investment Sales and Brokerage at Vanguard Realty Group. He specializes in the disposition of multifamily communities located throughout the Washington D.C. area and the mid-Atlantic region. He concentrates his professional efforts in representing and negotiating on behalf of sellers and buyers of apartment properties by providing strategic market analysis, cash flow analysis, repositioning, and in finding tax-deferred (Section 1031) exchange properties for his clients. His sales have included multifamily properties totaling approximately 4,650 units, single tenant net leased, self storage, and office properties.

Cullen Kilbane O’Grady, Vice President, Investment Sales

Cullen K. O’Grady is Vice President of Investment Sales at Vanguard Realty Group. He specializes in the disposition of multifamily communities located throughout the Washington D.C. area and the mid-Atlantic region. He concentrates his professional efforts in representing and negotiating on behalf of sellers and buyers of multifamily properties by providing strategic market analysis, cash flow analysis, repositioning, and finding tax-deferred (Section 1031) exchange properties for his clients.
