![]() From financial support, to the many individuals who baked homemade side dishes for us, it was all smiles at Bethesda National Naval Center as we served dinner - except maybe for Vanguard's own V.I.P., Manager of Engineering & Energy Services Brandon Turley who selflessly and cheerfully donned the turkey costume (generously donated by Gene's Costumes), and endured the warmth this role required. His "Disneyworld"- like, never out-of-character on the front end attitude is what events like this are all about for us!
A special thanks to all of the businesses who share our communities, and share our gratitude for the men and women in uniform and their families. Some of those companies are: The Bernstein Companies, Bethesda Smiles, Boston Market, Branded 72 Pit Barbeque, Clark Construction, the Gazette of Politics and Business, Food, Wine & Company, Gene's Costumes, Get the Best Painting, Inc., Giant Food, Gold's Gym, High Point Catering, J&M Landscaping, JDR Towing, Jonathan's Sports Pub, Member Car Services, Papa John's Pizza/National Capital Area, Regal Entertainment Group, Scandinavian Import Servicenter, Sport&Health Clubs, Solutex, Inc., TPO, Washington Deli, the Washington Redskins Organization, Wegman's, Washington First Bank, Zoe's Kitchen, and a very special thank you to the students at Flower Valley Elementary School for the lovingly made cards. Thank You Everyone, and Happy Holidays! |
