As a Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Thomas D.W. Fauquier is involved with all aspects related to the long-term mission and overall guidance of Vanguard Realty Group’s operations and purpose. Mr. Fauquier has more than 30 years experience in the real estate industry, holding positions in several firms involved with the management, leasing, acquisition and development of commercial real estate in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area.

Seymour Zuckerman, Co-Chairman

As a Founder and Co-Chairman, Mr. Zuckerman’s primary focus remains on client development for Vanguard Realty Group, in addition to serving in an advisory role to the Company and its clients. Mr. Zuckerman has enjoyed 35 years of serving the commercial real estate needs of the Metropolitan Washington DC area.

C. Gregory Klein, Director, Commercial Leasing & Brokerage

As Director of the Commercial Leasing & Brokerage department for Vanguard Realty Group, Mr. Klein oversees all activities related to Leasing & Brokerage.

Peter C. Hill-Byrne, Director, Commercial Leasing & Energy Brokerage

As Director of the Commercial Leasing department for Vanguard Realty Group, Mr. Hill-Byrne provides real estate advisory services with an emphasis on negotiating leases on behalf of major developers, owners/investors and tenants.

Luis J. Guevara, Jr., Director, Commercial & Multifamily Property Management

As Director of Commercial & Multifamily Property Management, Mr. Guevara is responsible for the firm's Property Management, Engineering, and Energy Consulting services for Vanguard’s continually expanding portfolio of commercial space in the mid-Atlantic region which includes office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, multifamily, medical, flex, warehouse and industrial, land, and special purpose buildings.

Jonathan E. Santamaria, Director, Accounting & Information Technology

As Director of Accounting & Information Technology, Mr. Santamaria is responsible for supervising all client and corporate accounting and banking functions as well as all information technology for the Company’s various services.

Scott D. Goodspeed, Director and Senior Technical Engineer

As Director and Senior Technical Engineer, Mr. Goodspeed oversees the daily operations and capital projects for VES, or Vanguard Energy Services, and for Vanguard Engineering Services. Mr. Goodspeed has over 25 years of experience working with owners, developers, and managers providing expert design and consultative services and oversight of commissioning services with respect to base building and tenant construction, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building automation systems.

Allison Roseberry, Director, Corporate Services

As Director of Corporate Services, Mrs. Roseberry is responsible for a full range of Human Resource initiatives to include training, employee counseling, benefit administration, recruitment and retention.
