Mr. Fauquier has a comprehensive background in the areas of asset management, property management, development and financing of commercial real estate. He has had a long standing relationship with numerous clients and partners, some dating back more than 30 years. His experience in commercial real estate covers a broad spectrum of property types, property classes and complex challenges. In addition to his overall guidance and supervision of the Company, Mr. Fauquier has an extensive knowledge and proficiency in the field of commercial real estate finance, ad valorem real estate taxation, due diligence and feasibility studies, and has been a court appointed receiver and designated as an expert witness with regards to commercial real estate, on several occasions. Furthermore, Mr. Fauquier has sponsored several transactions involving the merger, acquisition, organization and syndication of real estate ownership and service entities.
